Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.

Prior to shipping, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. You may not receive your order after it's been placed.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original package.
